About Me
Hi there! I’m Madhuri, a full-time product manager, part-time dreamer, and 24/7 mom to a lively three-year-old boy who thinks he’s the boss (he’s not wrong).
Between juggling Zoom meetings and negotiating with a toddler over why pants are necessary, I’ve found my happy chaos. I love diving into a good book, belting out songs in the car (Grammy-worthy, obviously), scribbling my thoughts into words, and dreaming of traveling the world—preferably with a solid Wi-Fi connection and snacks for my tiny co-pilot.
Motherhood has taken me on an epic journey, transforming me from an anxious mom who second-guessed everything (yes, even diaper brands) into a more liberated and mindful version of myself. Thanks to a whole lot of self-discovery and the occasional cookie, I’ve learned to embrace the mess and magic of motherhood.

The Motherhood ROI
A High-Achieving Mother's Guide to Beating Guilt, Finding Balance, and Raising Emotionally Strong Kids
Motherhood was supposed to add to your life. So why does it feel like a slow erosion of the woman you used to be? The career you built. The peace you used to have. The mother you thought you'd be. All quietly trading places with guilt, exhaustion, and the nagging sense that you're failing at everything. The Motherhood ROI is a different kind of book for the ambitious mother. Drawing on emotional wellness coaching, psychology, and the messy real life of a working mom raising a young child, Madhuri Shah offers a framework for getting a genuine return on the years you are pouring into both your career and your family. This is for the mother who refuses to choose. Who wants to build, raise, and still come home to herself, without apologizing for wanting all three.
