Getting Started Is Simple

  • Step 3: Begin your 4-week journey. We’ll start with what matters most to you. Every session is built around your life, your struggles, your pace.

About Your Coach

 

Meet Madhuri

I’m a working mom, a full-time product manager, and emotional wellness coach. I know what it feels like to look composed in a meeting while falling apart inside. I’ve walked the tightrope between ambition and burnout — and I’ve found ways to make it gentler.

I’ve conducted 200+ coaching sessions with working professionals and mothers. I’m also the author of “Dear Tired Mama” — a pocket guide that has helped hundreds of moms find their calm.

I don’t coach from a textbook. I coach from experience. Because I’m living the same juggle you are.

Is this therapy?

No. This is emotional wellness coaching — focused on practical tools, self-awareness, and building daily habits for calm. If you need clinical support, I’ll help you find the right professional.

I barely have time to breathe. Will I have time for this?

Each session is just 45 minutes once a week — less time than a Netflix episode. The WhatsApp support fits into your day whenever you need it. This program is designed for busy moms, by a busy mom.

What if I’m not sure coaching is for me?

That’s exactly what the free discovery chat is for. Message me on WhatsApp, and we’ll figure it out together. No commitment needed.

I’ve never talked to a coach before. Will it feel awkward?

I promise it won’t. Think of it as talking to a friend who really listens and knows how to help — without judgment. Most of my clients say their first session felt like a relief.
